AWS has 200+ services but you’ll use 5: EC2 (servers), RDS (databases), S3 (storage), Lambda (serverless compute), and CloudFront (CDN). The rest are so specialized that most teams will never use them. Simplify cost and complex decisions by focusing on these five.
